Bruce Holmes is a Professional Engineer
(PE) in Florida for the past 34 years and a professional member of the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers and a Board Certified Building Inspection Engineer. A lifelong Floridian, he holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering from the University of Florida.
Formerly a general partner with the national engineering consulting firm, R. W. Beck, he has a broad base of 
experience in construction, engineering, finance, water and electric utilities, environmental matters, and conservation measures.
He has prepared and supervised numerous studies and reports for development and financing of construction projects and rendered expert testimony in support of projects and for litigation.
He also served as Chair of the Citizens Advisory Board on Conservation to the Orlando Utilities Commission regarding remodeling and new construction for commercial and residential customers.
Holmes Enterprises provides inspection, management, expert witness and engineering services to owners, public adjusters, attorneys and businesses in Florida and other areas. I have conducted over 800 inspections in the past three years.
Inspections are made to meet the specific requirements of the client and are performed to applicable professional standards.
